Hawzah News Agency- Head of Islamic History Library Hujjat al-Islam Rasul Jafarian, at the unveiling ceremony of Noor al-Sirah software (Comprehensive sources of history) which was held in the conference hall of Noor Computer Center in Qom on Thursday, October 20 stated, “we have several categories of organizations in Qom and the work of Noor Computer center was ground-breaking since Its products have even made their way in foreign markets.”

He added, “Today, the progress of science is achieved through the development of devices. If we don't have these tools, there will be no progress, but most of the backwardness of the old world is due to the lack of tools and equipment.”

The head of the Islamic History Library mentioned the number of resources available in Noor al-Sirah 3 software and said,” selecting and finding books is of great importance. Today, we have 230,000 books in the library of Islamic history, of course, there may be some duplicates, but despite these, there are so many exquisite and valuable books and we should choose the books with the right policy.”

He said, "Buying hard copy books is still customary in Qom. We must move towards artificial intelligence and expand this technology."

The head of the Islamic History Library concluded, “Promoting science has become very difficult and complicated inquiries cannot be answered with such simple answers.”
